About Us
Driving School of Florida is proud to be recognized as a leading driving school serving Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, and Hillsborough Counties. With over a decade of dedicated service in Manatee and Sarasota Counties—and many years of experience serving the students of IMG Academy—our continued growth has expanded into neighboring counties including Hernando, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco.
Our Florida State-Certified instructors provide professional instruction for individuals seeking traffic school, comprehensive driver education, or parents who want their teen drivers to develop strong, safe, and defensive driving habits. All lessons are conducted in a one-on-one setting, ensuring the highest level of safety, focus, and personalized instruction for both new and experienced drivers.
We specialize in training drivers of all ages and skill levels, tailoring each lesson to meet the individual needs of every student.
Our mission is to promote safer roads by equipping drivers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to reduce accidents, injuries, and loss of life—not only throughout Sarasota, Manatee, Hernando, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties, but across Florida and beyond.
Requirements

To qualify for a Florida driver’s license, all applicants must hold a current and valid Florida Learner’s License.

Valid out-of-state learner’s licenses are accepted for driving instruction only and do not meet the requirements for Florida driver’s license eligibility.
Driving School of Florida recognizes the demanding and dynamic schedules of IMG Academy students and is committed to accommodating their availability to the greatest extent possible.

4 SESSIONS
6 Hours Total
Our four-session packages are appropriate for any driver skill level but are best suited to those with some in-car driving experience–around the neighborhood, parking lots, and more.
Basic Behind-the-Wheel Package – $550 $467.50
